Jackal goes to Mäo roadcross to buy his first guitar.

The guitar riff of Broken Home – the predecessor of Save Us From Religion was written.

Jackal starts activity in a rap group called B2H.

Infinity made a bet involving MTV with his friends, that he will reach MTV within 5 year. In that time, there was no MTV yet in Estonia and friends did not belive that the band would make it there

b2h releases a song every other day, also the predecessor for “we never die.”

Jackal goes to a music store in Tallinn to buy a guitar sound processor and meets Toomas who invited him to record in his studio.

A band called Freedom Fighters with a female vocalist starts activity releasing song Broken Home – the predecessor of Save Us From Religion.

Freedom Fighters releases song called End Of The World – predecessor for For My Old Friend.

Freedom Fighters releases song called Sign Of The Times – predecessor for Shot Locker.

Mikk meets up with Jackal through Estonian online forum to sign up as a guitarist for a new band.

Daniel meets up with Jackal to sign up as a bassist for a new band.

Sten meets up with Jackal to sign up as a drummer for a new band.

Argo meets up with Jackal to participate on vocalist search competition for Defrage.

Freedom Fighters formes into a new band called Defrage including all released songs from freedom fighters and some songs from b2h.

Defrage performs debut concert with 150 people in Pärnu, Estonia CHE Youth Center.

Defrage performs at Sindi Rock festival.

Defrage performs at the Stop AIDS Charity festival.

Defrage performs at CHE Winter Rock event.

Defrage hosts a local area school band competition and performs in five bigger schools to make promotion for noortebänd competition.

Defrage participates in NoorteBändide pre competition.

The band compeets in NooretBendide competition finals and wins the special award for audience favorite.

Infinity takes over number 13 from Ep-Liis for the band which he now sees everywhere.

The phrase “Bänd Tippu” is born. Infinity shows it to Argo, lifting his right index finger to the sky.

Infinity quits his regular job and band starts to earn living with self organising events in pubs, clubs and so on.

First signs of Rada (haters) movement against the band come on surface.

Defrage participates in Sound Wave music competition, makes it to the final as the only rock band aside indie bands and wins nomination as the public favourite.

Defrage shares stage at many festivals, plays at many events and gives a few radio interviews.

Infinity and Argo self promote mixtape first time on the streets and sell the first exemplar to Pärnu city ex mayor.

Rada movement (similar to Stormbringer movement in Germany) catches big waves with topics like “Defrage Watch” with 4000 comments and “Defrage” with over 5000 comments.

The phrase “oven the radakad” was born.

Infinity gets locked down in an mental asylum where the song Jackal was born.

Argo splits with the band and gets replaced by new vocalist Arka.

Working on album Jackal continues with vocalist Arka.

The band starts a downfall with partying around Estonia, but while the chaos, builds a strong crew and a fanbase for future activities.

Strong encouter/strikes against Radakate movement take place.

Arka leaves the band.

Argo rejoins the band.

Kaldas joins the band.

In the stuido, the album Jackal is sung in with Argo.

Defrage starts to form a strong permanent crew for activities.

Seems that the band is at the top of the downward spiral. Estonia’s most famous TV reporter is sent to their party, where it shows the band partying in an apartment, with a little damage done, luckily not that much. The reporter was belitteling the band, but the band members took it as a laugh.

After the reporters TV show, in the internet and Facebook groups start to form against the band. Many celebrities add their thoughts against the band. In one day, about 400 people leave from the bands Facebook site.

Daniel leaves the band, explaining that the band has many haters & he wants to finish his studies, won’t be able to join the tour in Europe.

Kaspar left the band because of all the hate.

Aleks joins the band as solo guitarist.

Joonas joins the band as a bassist.

Band releases a video for “Hotel Breakers” and the party goes on.

“Jackal” album is released with Argo.

Band heads for a European tour. Concerts in Hungary, Austria, Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, Serbia, Czech Republic.

Vienna becomes officialy the bands foreign capital & meeting point where rehersals & other work is done.

Radakate movement achieves the highest peak and the bands counterattacks have become stronger. The band tries to remove the Radakate movement leaders from their high chairs, so the movement would dissolve.

Infinity and Tepo while being drunk threaten to kill the Radakate movement leader, which achieves huge media attention in 4 hours nearly 20 000 views, the video get’s removed & Infinity ends up in an asylum after a big part. Band is on the downward spiral again.

The Radakate movement forum’s regarding Defrage’s topics are closed forever.

Band starts promoting more and more through bigger cities in Europe, mostly at first in Austria.

The band is drinking and partying, downward spiral is in full swing, but at the same time concerts are given & band keeps going forward

The band has many shows across Europe, especially in Austria.

The band changes it’s name for a brief moment as “Knock out in 8 Seconds” and under that name they appear on München TV.

The band changes it’s name back to Defrage.

The music video “Sick Letter” is released. Meanwhile the band is in Austria, at their show in the Harley Bar in Innsbruck, a police Special Unit is called to calm the people down. It achieved alot of media attention in Estonia and elsewhere. The conflict started because the singer was late to the concert & the band wasn’t allowed to go on stage. The owner said “Fuck the band” and that got people riled up. On the scene we’re about 10 patrols & about 20 police officers.

The band play’s shows in Bulgaria, Austria, Germany & Poland.

The work on the album “The Sick Letter” begins.

The song “We are Metal” is born.

Milana Petrovic is the main stylist for the song “We never die” for which a video is made.

The band plays at the Nova Rock Festival in Austria as the first band from Estonia.

The band is on a downward spiral , promoting & partying. Also a few concerts.

The Sick Letter album is finished. It is performed on shows in Switzerland.

Pontu leave’s the band & that cancels the bands North-Europe tour with 20 concerts.

Aleks leaves the band.

The phrase “El Mahhiko” is born, which was taken from the movie “Blow”. It means making something out of nothing, meaning to get to the top with making music.

A band promoter Steel get’s into a conflict in Austria with a bigger company, he is attacked by nearly 30 people. Steel repels the attacks & comes out victorious, getting the nickname “Steel”.

Grigori joins the band as solo guitarist.

The band is drinking for 3 months straight. Infinity once ends up in an asylum.

Kevin joins the band as the drummer. Infinity is still drinking & together they have a rehersal in Tallin at Mustjõe rehersal rooms. It all goes well & Kevin joins officially.

The new band lineup play’s first show together in Innsbruk . Grigori & Argo and some other’s see eachother first time on stage & perform together first time on stage. Infinity was so drunk that he sat under drops for 2 hours before the concert, to get a little sober. He was brought a big chair, but the songs got played & first concert performed.

The band has many concerts across Europe, also in Austria in Graz and Vienna.

Defrage lineup last concert performed in Switzerland Saint Gallen.

Joonas Uus leaves the band.

Argo Ollep leave’s Defrage, beginning a career in the Estonian police force, it is the end of Defrage.

Begins the search for a new singer. Siku suggests Infinity to start singing, Infinity says a certain no in the beginning , but later he reconsiders.

Enriko joins the band as rhythm guitarist.

Trillo joins the band as the bassist.

First rehersal for Illumenium in Graz in Austria at Club Wakuum. Illumenium was born which took over all the Defrage, B2H and Freedom Fighters songs.

The band is rehearsing.

Infinity & Kristiina take a train from Kiel to Berlin, to fly to Estonia. The work for Illumenium’s first album “Towards Endless 8” begins.

First video for the song “Sick Letter ” which was filmed in a very cold winter, outside temperature was -30C. Kristiina prepared the set & was responsible for the artistic side.

Infinity becomes very ill. Nearly 40 °Cfever as he sings in “For my Old Friend ” In the latest version you can hear a part from this time in the last chorus.

The band meets in the city of Dubrovnik in Croatia. They continue with rehersals & work on the album.

The band makes a music video for “Jackal” in the Saku mansion. It was a very cold winter.

Trillo leaves the band as bassist.

Artur joins the band as bassist.

Infinity visits the Woodstock bar in Tallinn, where former Radakad & hater’s come to shake Infinity’s hand. To apologize for the past gossip & now wished to approve him. Everything is nice and everybody is getting along. Many of the old Radakad have changed their mind towards the band. The next day Infinity & friends head back to the same bar, but then there is another group of 10 men, who started to pick a fight with Illumenium’s 4 members. A fight broke out & Illumenium’s member’s kicked the troublemakers out of the bar and the crowd dispersed.

Work continues on the album as the band heads to spain to make a music video for “My last cocaine”. Rasmus had the leading role. The videoshoot took place in Europes largest desert, in Tabernas.

Artur leaves the band as bassist.

Trillo rejoins the band as bassist.

Illumenium’s first show in Vienna.

Illumenium gives concerts in Europe.

Enriko leaves the band as rythm guitarist.

In the party street’s of Benidorm, group of men go to harass promoter Margot, Infinity runs to her to help. He gets attacked by 8 Security Guard’s from different bars. A massive street fight breaks out. Infinity is helped by the other band members, Norwegians, Poles, Swedes & Russians. Police report hints there was at one point about 150 people fighting on the street. Infinity said he never would have thought that such a small incident would turn into this chaos. In the news it was said that on the scene there were 11 ambulance brigades & 50 police officers. Band promoter Sass was hit on the head with a big glass bottle so hard that in the hospital the doctors said he was lucky. A few millimeters wrong & he would have been dead.

Band is on a downward spiral.

Arka, who used to sing for Defrage, joins the band.

The band heads to the studio to improve the “Toward’s Endless 8” album, so the amount of tracks would rise from 13 to 18. Even though Infinity’s singing had improved, he was not pleased.

Infinity & Arka are working on the album in Estonia. Arka starts to hook up with some woman, who eventually drags Arka away from the band.

Many music videos are being filmed in Austria in different places, including “La Bruja ” and Stairway to no Heaven”.

Illumenium makes their own video version of  “Save us from Religion” in the Anelema water reserve, to muffle the times of Defrage so the people would understand that this is a different time , this is ILLUMENIUM. Spirit is the same. Band is the same. The name is different. Doesn’t matter who’s on stage. Name matters. Spirit matters.

Illumenium publishes the video ” Save us from Religion ” which earn’s alot of praise, but alos alot of criticism, a former Radakas in Estonias newspaper. He’s not being negative towards the song, but the band.

Work continues on the album.

“Towards Endless 8” is finished & the band heads on tour. Meeting with the crew is in Nice, France. Steel asked for a few bottles of Vana Tallinn, which Infinity brings him.

Meeting Steel in Nice, and he is given the bottle of Vana Tallinn, which he downs quickly & then he blacks out. Steels is lifted into the tour bus to sleep. When he wakes up in the morning his legs are not moving & he is screaming from the top of his lungs for Infinity’s name
He is carried into the hotel & an ambulance is called. He had a thrombus in his leg’s & he almost died. In the next 4 months he learned to walk again, he was in the hospital for 2 months, 1 month out of that under intensive care. Also his liver gave up. Won’t reccomend it to anybody, but Steel came out of it. Amazing man.

The band is on a North-European tour, playing concerts in Norway, Sweden, northern-Germany, east Germany, Frankfurt etc.

Lausanne, Frace. Grigori invites Infinity over for a talk & he announces that he’s leaving the band.

Kevin is now the new solo guitarist. Kaldas temporarly on the drums. Infinity plays the rhythm guitar & Romy is the bassist.

A music video is made for “Save us from Religion 2 ” at Anelema water reserve in Pärnu-Jaagupi.

Good times. The band is not drinking that much and things are moving forward.

The band heads on a downward spiral.

The band makes history. 21 people drive together in an Opel Vivaro bus including band/crew members, friends like Ken Loosaar etc. from Innsbruck to Lagos. The back seats of the bus were taken out because there was no time to wait for a new rental cal from Estonia.

The band is still on a downward spiral, partys are getting crazies. On top of alcohol, drugs have also come along.

Infinity & Mareli take a flight from Zagreb airport to Estonia to make the “Towards Endless 8” album into Jackal & Gehenna.

In Estonia the parties and late nights continue. Band is going downhill. At the same time work continues on the albums.

Infinity’s last sit down together with Ken Loosaar on Estonian soil. Last party near Pärnu in Uulu.

The band is working on an album and parties.

The song “1l3RAM” is born.

The band makes 3 music videos in 3 days in Estonia. Videos are made for “1L3RAM”, “My Children” and “Gehenna”.

A lot of heat going on in the band, many in relationships etc. Top of the downward spiral, only parties, drugs, alochol, late nights. Not a lot of energy.

Kaldas, Kairo & Infinity try to cross the Serbia-Bulgaria border with wrong IDs. They’re looking at 5 years, as they are arrested.

The situation was handled. Sadly cannot mention how.

The albums Jackal & Gehenna are released. Band hasn’t performed yet. Parties are being held & things are heading downhill

Ken comes from Estonia to celebrate the New Year’s Eve with the band. They meet in Innsbruck and from there to Portugal. Infinity sees Loosaar for the last time there, but he didn’t know it at the time.

Johannes Kuslap, promoter for ILLUMENIUM, passes away. Infinity calls for a big meeting.

Grim times but still some shows happening in Austria & Hungary.

Infinity agrees with Avery & Jordan, that a second style will come with these 2 rappers, they’ll make Hop-Hip

Infinity drives to Calpe, where there is a meeting arranged with Paidra. Begin’s the band’s biggest work ever which takes up 2,5 years of Infinity’s & the band’s life. ILLUMENIUM begins work on the UNDERDOGS album

Recordings are done & the band is touring in Germany.

The band drives to Norway for the next month and a half. During the tour the band starts to work on the XIII album, which change’s ILLUMENIUM into a 2 music style making band. ILLUMENIUM XIII makes Hop Hip.

Jordan leaves the band.

Avery joins the band as a rapper.

Erik joins the band as a rapper.

Recordings for Underdogs rock album & XIII hop hip album raw material is sent to Estonia to the studio.

Infinity is in the studio in Estonia. Work continues on Underdogs & XIII albums.

The first primitive Underdogs & XIII albums are ready, but something is missing & Infinity is not satisfied.

Infinity has not had a single drink. Kaldas was in jail. The situation in the band has gone better, but it’s still not what it should be, been through too much trouble. A meeting is called where it’s reminded that “bänd tippu”. Spirit gets stronger & Kaldas stops drinking.

In Spain there are many meetings & rehersals. The band has booked many concerts for 2019 including the Frankfurt Musik Messe, which is a prestige performance.

In Calpe begins a videoshoot for new music videos “Dream Destroyer” and “For my Old Friend” XIII version.

Infinity decides to remaster Jackal & Gehenna, redo all the guitars, drums, singing, new production etc.

The band has many shows in Germany.

The band performs’s at Musik Messe in Frankfurt, shortly after they perform in Belgium.

Ken Loosar decides to leave this life. The same evening the band was perofming in Dreieich at Live in der Werkstatt. Infinity recived the message from Loosaar’s brother, that Ken is gone. The news hit strong & the loss was devastating.

Loosaar lets him know of his presence to Infinity by flashing lights at an apartment kitchen. Communication occurs. Infinity asks & Loosaar answers by either switching the lights on or off. Might be hard to believe, but it was like that. It was the last time they communicated like that. The next day after the short “talk”,  Loosaar flashed the lights on last time and that was the final time.

First time the phrase “Long Live Loosaar, Long Live Kuslap” is used instead of “El Mahhiko”. Some still add “El Mahhiko” to the end. But the main still remains. Long live Loosaar. Long live Kuslap. Bänd tippu.

All future concerts have been postponed as the band pays respect for their friend.

Infinity decides to remaster all of the band’s rock songs, including UNDERDOGS album, because before he could not sing but in June in a studio his singing approved. Infinity mentions himself that something clicked and the ball started rolling.

Infinity is in the studio 6 weeks straight. Not a single day off as he is singing 76 songs in plus in the months to follow, all new guitars & drums are recorded in.

Begins the final mixing for the albums, in total 76 tracks. Huge work awaits.

Work is on full throttle in the studio mixing and mastering.

The band is in Spain where quite a few events occur. Precisely before the pandemic, the band heads to Germany, from there to Austria & Czech Republic. During the pandemic some band members stayed in Germany. Infinity managed to get to Estonia to the studio where a couple of tracks we’re needed to record, sign & conclusively master.

Infinity sings in Oasis Wonderwall’s cover in Castellano or Spanish version.

Mixing is done, mastering of the songs have begun. In total the band made ten’s of different general master, plus masters for vinyls’

Pandemic in full swing. All future shows have been postponed.

The band makes a deal with Anre Kuldja to make music videos for all 76 songs in an abandoned concert hall.

The band launches on top of Plan 2 official their Plan B.

ILLUMENIUM begins to work together with USA and Czech producers. The plan is to make U.S versions of the European versions.

Infinity & Kefka are the in the studio for the last days. IT IS ALL FINALLY DONE; JACKAL; GEHENNA; UNDERDOGS; XIII. Together 76 tracks. The BAND has made a complete fresh start & they add a timer on their homepage where they release every 13 days a new music video.

Infinity meets with Kefka in Germany. As they’re driving towards Estonia. Kefka noticed a raven on the side of the road with its spine showing out. They stopped the car & went out to take care of the raven. They tried to take the raven to a veterinarian, but on the road he passed. The idea rose for a name PR.

ILLUMENIUM goes off the grid from social media until the pandemic is over.

The plan to use the name PR was pushed aside due to some interrupting circumstances.

Kefka calls Infinity to suggest old name Defrage. Infinity wants to use Condor’s name. He suggests opening up the bible from a random place, placing down an index finger. If it indicates back to the old way or to move forward. The chapter Jesaja 62:12-63:12 pt. 9 which reads “For love and compassion, he redeemed them. He lifted them up and carried them for the entire ancient days”
